"tour" the Viking Ship
Visit the Viking ship. See the wonderful stabilization work that has been done. Walk up the ramp to the viewing platform and see inside.
You'll have lots of fun.
Come on a scheduled Saturday. Docent led tours begin every 30 minutes.
Or just take a "self-guided" tour around the ship.
Our volunteer docents will tell you all about this "one of a kind" ship.
You'll learn of Viking's construction, journey, and significance.
You may even meet a Viking.
Can't come on a Saturday? Get a group together and book a special tour. Call Margaret at 630-887-6490. ($5.00 per person. Minimum fee: $25.00. Two week lead time required.)
