Technically, clinker refers to a lapstrake hull built with iron rivets. Viking's hull is held together with thousands of iron rivets. We dare not let them rust away. |
Viking’s thousands of rivets need to be cleaned and treated with a preservative. Some rivets must be replaced. Consider “rescuing a rivet”, at $10.00 each, in honor of parents, spouse, children, grandchildren, yourself, or others. The possibilities are limitless. |
Help rescue Viking's rivets! Friends of the Viking Ship, NFP is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation.
